Meeting Time Zone Update
Choose your region
Choose based on the local time you intend to keep, rather than your organization's location.
In B.C. or Northwest Territories areas following Alberta time, choose Alberta. In Northwestern Ontario areas following Manitoba time, choose Manitoba. Areas already using fixed time, such as Yukon and Saskatchewan,
do not need this migration. Meetings in other time zones are left alone.
Select a region before setting your mailbox time zone or scanning meetings.
Before you start
This tool helps users affected by the 2026 time zone changes in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba.
Choose your region below. It finds meetings you organized in that region's old time zone
and moves selected meetings to the new time zone at the same local clock time.
You will see every change before anything is updated.
Attendees receive a normal meeting update, the same as if you changed the meeting yourself in Outlook.
Meetings organized by other people can only be fixed by their organizer. The tool lists them so you can let them know.
This tool has not been set up yet (no app registration ID). Please contact .
